All u wish

This might be a slightly odd addition to my gallery because it's so far from what I usually draw, but I think this deserves its place here anyway.

I finished this drawing already at the end of the year 2007 and it was a gift someone asked me to draw for the webmaster of Nightwish's official website and forum _{(simply becauce he has done such a wonderful work... I'm not even going to try to describe it, those who know what he does, certainly appreciate it )}.

There is no way to understand this if you are not aware of the connection between Nightwish and a famous little African Pygmy Hedgehog called Allu. Anyway, the person who got this drawing owns Allu and obviously has close connection with Nightwish, so... that's where this idea came from.

I've sworn never ever to do commissions, and I guess I managed to do this only because I didn't think it as one. I was surprised how easily a certain person talked me over to do this. I think it helped that it was to be a gift that I definitely was glad to take part in. Basically I was asked to draw Allu but I thought it would have been too boring so I got a bit carried away and it morphed into a hedgehog version of Nightwish, and with ever so great logic I called it All u wish (Alluwish).
